Q: Why this book?

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and all his companions, thereafter:

In recent years, an old myth has resurfaced and spread across social media platforms: the claim that the Earth is flat, and that its sphericity is a 'global conspiracy'. Regrettably, some of those who promoted this claim have cloaked it in religious garb, portraying to people that believing in the Earth's sphericity contradicts the Holy Quran, and linking a Muslim's faith to an issue that has been settled by religious law, science, and reason for centuries. Herein lies the real danger: when religion is linked to a false, refutable piece of information, the faith of young people becomes hostage to it. If its falsehood is exposed, their trust in religion itself is shaken, while religion is innocent of it.

This book is an attempt to extinguish this sedition in the only correct way: proof. No mockery or exaggeration, but rather common questions and their detailed, documented answers, following the methodology of the Quran itself: "Say, 'Bring your proof, if you are truthful.'" [Al-Baqarah: 111].
